<< never saw X's remark, nor do I read the FA thread>> made me think you thought the remark in question took place on the FA thread. (The FA conversation was about Oden.) X's response to my ignore post to her was to tell me how to do it. And though I didn't answer her query as to whether I supported or didn't the story as it was originally presented, "Green Party USA Coordinator Detained at Airport; Prevented by Armed Military Personnel from Flying to Political Meeting in Chicago," she didn't repeat it. And if the question was "sincere," we weren't friends anyway. What the nature of the joke would be I can't imagine.
