Infineon lied too. Do you need me to find that in the transcripts?

Remember, all corporations within the standards bodies want the standard to "read" as much as possible upon their IP.

I am not going to say that the judgement was "bad".

However, this judgement narrows the claims of all patent holders....

The big guys tried to screw Rambus.
They all read the NDA's and knew who and what they were dealing with.
What part of Infineons "Someday we'll all computers will have to be built this way" Can't you get?
The end is fast approaching for all you anti-Rambus boneheads.
Its all over the net, slower ddr this, slower ddr that.

Rambus will prevail.
