hmaly, Re: "Wanna RE.First, Intel doesn't plan on having licensing fees for 3GIO,<<<<<<<<<
And why is that??????? Because Intel is running scared."

Please... do you ever think before you speak? 3GIO is the next generation of connectivity after PCI, which was the technology generation after ISA, and neither of these standards included licensing fees, either. Why?

Because:

"Sometimes one can get a ROI, without charging fees. By opening Ht [or 3GIO], everyone can use, and also contribute engineering, to the final protocol. Which means that when the final protocol is adopted, it will be adaptable to everone's use, have a lot of support amongst the technical community, and the best part, Intel [or AMD] has no control over the protocol, or your business."

I'm sure you can appreciate my point, then, when I remind you that PCISIG, and AMD, are all supporting 3GIO.
