All in due course. As with piracy in the 19th century, the war on terrorism is a process of relentless, smothering constriction at many levels. Those who commit, promote, or sponsor terrorism will gradually find no safe haven, no quarter, no refuge on this earth. The difference between today and former cosmetic responses is that this time we are serious and are prepared to do a thorough job. The proof of this is on the financial front, whose import should not be underestimated. We're as likely to see special forces executing raids against suspect offshore banks as other targets before this is over.
