Bill, last time I checked Moore's Law didn't apply to Desktop Operating Systems or to Office Suite Software. Whether or not the PC market itself is mature is irrelevant to the application of antitrust law to Microsoft. Even if I were to accept your bogus assertion that antitrust law only applies to mature markets, it would only be important whether Microsoft's monopoly markets were mature, not whether the markets for computer hardware (or space ships or ear trumpets) were mature.
