A generic question that hopefully someone can answer:

Why would a fun like GAB trade at a premium to its NAV? I checked its NAV, it is 8.53, its market price is 10.13. I can understand while not being happy with HQH, HQL trading at a discount, but why the premium?

Thanks

Monish

Mike, I thought that I-610 was basically a parking lot anyway. Besides, you could always make sure that the 'lookers' in the office went first(i.e. - ladies first). That should stop the traffic. :)

Actually, I had a similar idea in the days following the attacks except it would be implemented using pods that people climbed into just like on the offshore oil rigs. But unlike the offshore oil rigs, it would have to be lowered by a parachute. Anyway, I can't think of much that is more terrifying than being trapped in a burning building so high up that no fire fighting equipment can be made available in a reasonable amount of time, if at all.
