Brook, I think you should subscribe to The Wine Enthusiast. It is a monthly magazine with excellent recommendations on reasonably-priced wines of all kinds. I read it the minute it arrives every month. It's great. I think most bordeaux wine is overpriced and not a good value. That does not prevent me from buying it, however. I just don't buy much of it. An excellent value in my book is St Francis Old Vines Zin. Please let me know if you try it.
