Looks like the ENE house of cars is finally falling down.

$570,000,000 in over stated earnings, and $628,000,000 in under reported debt.

Glad I'm not on the Audit Committee.

A few more APA's unwinding their hedges and you can put a fork in it!!

If they don't do a deal by this weekend, my bet is Ch-11 next week.

Hard to believe anyone would buy without a lot of outs for due diligence.

I've been a taker on Micron since 24. Adding puts every day. They are a well run company but there is NO F'ING WAY they will do well as long as the massive oversupply problem exists. There is WAY too much production capacity worldwide. They are averaging a half billion dollars a quarter in inventory writeoffs and are selling every chip at a loss as well. Future looks very bleak looking out up to a year. Memory requirements for XP will help a little, but nowhere near as much as the hopeful longs are expecting.

The guys buying have no clue what's going on. All they know is that MU was a high flier during the last cycle. Folks like us are going to fleece them. As far as I'm concerned that's the way it should be ;o)

Love that LVLT action today. Have some calls I bought for next to nothing in September. They are now worth a very hefty chunk of change :o)
