Well, now isn't this "special"...the second raid of services when LVLT is on its collective asp...first mr softy, now Ma Bell. Who else is gonna step up and peel off a piece or a "firesale contract?"...IBM? Nokia? QCOM?

clearly LVLT is going to go up, should I buy more on margin now or wait till it pulls back a bit.

This is an empty deal. Not a revenue generator for L3 any time soon, and doubts exist for future.
