TGPTNDR, Re: Additionally, Jerry looked 'worn out' to me. I had that impression, too. When he was giving the updated guidance he looked very exhausted and seemed to didn't really care about it. It got a little bit better in the Q&A but overall I'd say it's probably the best for him to go next year. It must be very frustrating to lead a company over 30 years and go through all that valleys and hills without really achieving your overall goal -- only surviving. Andreas
