Fair enough. However when I see a trust like AET announce a $100 million capital expenditure program, I start thinking about development costs (which can be very substantial) and risk (even if it's limited), and I would guess they're straying a bit from the representations made in their prospectus concerning their modus operandi. Are you suggesting that it would be kosher for a trust to buy a field that had NO producing wells on it, even assuming that the field was pretty much proven? What about buying a field that has a little more risk? Where do you draw the line on these things?
