"If I interpret numbers correctly now I am beginning to understand why Intel started pricewar. "

It is easy to show large percentage growth when you have small numbers to begin with. It is like when I started college, I was told that 50% of the graduating class the previous year had gotten jobs within 3 weeks. Of the rest, 1 got married and the other went to grad school...

What AMD needs to do is convince Dell/HP/Compaq to put their processors in their business lines. For whatever reasons, they have been reluctant to do that. While I suspect that most of those reasons have to do with Intel and their programs, whatever the reasons are need to be overcome. Until then, their presence in the mid to large business arena will be small.
