I read that too, Steve. I just don't put that much credence in a Debka report that is uncorroborated elsewhere. Seen any sign of the million Russian soldiers they talked about for the invasion of Afghanistan?

If the Bush Administration turns implacably hostile to Arafat, and persuades the State Department to go along, then I will believe the Arafat-Hizbollah link. Condi Rice's press briefing was a move in that direction. But I'll wait on evidence.
