From the San Jose Mercury News, the newspaper of Silicon Valley, business section: "Rambus Convicted of Fraud" Headline in screaming 1.2" Letters. Do you think no-one saw this? Do you think biz-dev people at other companies will let these dangerous weasels in the door? Seen any new contracts announced in Si Valley? Just some clods up in Shelton, CT (Transwitch). It is hard to get farther from Si Valley and not get wet. Then for the rest of the country there was the article in Fortune magazine about the attempted theft of billions by Rambus. All that is left if for Rambus to continue to prey on the unwary. Rambus, almost as fast and four times as expensive. Or maybe, Rambus, no fraud convictions this quarter. Paul
