But isn't that what the liberal rant is ? How would they react to the idea of demanding that all Muslims in this country pay reparations for the Twin Towers. They would scream bloody murder at the idea. But just weeks before they were talking about reparations for slavery. Go figure. No wonder their kids are on drugs.

Provide a specific quote from Clinton's speech to back this most spurious allegation. I see nothing in his speech that would allow a reasonable person to come to that conclusion.

Re: tribal guilt: This is one of the main themes of the Old Testament. Indeed, one could argue Western Civilization was and is grounded in this concept.
