The most detailed discussion of DRIV can be found on the Raging Bull Board. I will attempt to find a summary post and provide a link later. A couple key points.

The company is now profitable and handily beating estimates during the worst times in the economy. They upped estimates to 3 cents for the quarter, but I would expect closer to 5 cents.

The company is comfortable with 38 cents for next year but will very likely clear 50 cents with a few speculating on 75 cents.

There is very heavy institutional buying.

They now have 10,000 clients. These include most of the game software companies (e.g., THQ, Activision, Acclaim and about 20 more) and the forcast is for a VERY healthy fourth quarter. Digital River gets a cut of every sale through their web pages.

A lot of software companies are putting out new software for Windows XP. Symantec, McAfee etc.

They have a bunch of big name new clients ranging for Nabisco, to Johnson and Johnson, to National Geographic and a lot of new ones expected.

Digital River has most all of the tax software companies in their stable. First quarter 2002 is likely to be even better than fourth quarter.
