Yes but who is going to guaranty that this was the only accounting problem that ene has had amongs the millions of transactions. we now know that 1/ the auditor did not do its job correctly in the first place. 2/ management has been deceptive towards investors and the financial people at ene clearly had other axes to grind that might have impacted revenues and profits differently that they would like.
It is clear to me that from the SEC release they did not do a comprehensive re-audit, if such a thing exists- they looked at those few questionable transactions and determined that they were accounted for incorrectly. There are people a lot smarter than I who have or will recognize this very quickly.
