um, i could be wrong, but um I think the 9-11 attacks hurt the markets. Maybe Greenspan's 9/17 rate cut help cushion the damage but how can we know? Craig I think the market has been paying more attention lately to terrorism/anthrax than to fed cuts. But I also think that the last couple of cuts are not going to help as much as the first several - if somebody hasn't gone out and borrowed $$ or refi their mortgage by now maybe they never will.
