As News Corp was up today, my up call for Friday should work out. Sold put contracts today on News. Looking for News to be between $A15 and $14.50 by the end of the month (closed $A13.95 today). Higher won't hurt much as that end is covered calls and only a 1/3 of the size of the puts position. Max pain is $A14.50 (approximately double all these numbers to get the NYSE USD prices of NWS). Gradually getting the hang of this.... Prechter sent me some junk-mail today about a service he wants to charge US 7000 per year for. So far these couple of weeks I'm doing better than him. Maybe I should start charging :) Federal election here tomorrow. Close result expected. David
