The worst drop in the PPI since 1947. The talking heads are trying to paint this as good. I don't get it. They say this can allow the Fed to be more aggressive. Huh? Aggressively drop the prime to -2 or what. How can GM selling cars at a deep discount with 0% financing be good for GM? I'm sure that GMAC's profits are going to soar with 0% financing. Perhaps for consumers this can be good but it doesn't sound good for profits or the market long term to this amateur.

Oh.

In my case they told me it would take about three weeks. All they have asked for is financial statements. It's just a question of moving stuff around, so perhaps it's no big deal for them.
