The worst drop in the PPI since 1947. So the market shill says it's good, because it'll put pressure on the Fed to be "more aggressive." Even Maria B. had the sense to ask how the Fed could get any more aggressive. Then another carnival barker tried to push the argument that lower prices were good for the consumer, but someone had the nerve to raise the issue of deflation. The spin control wasn't entirely successful, it seems.
