A very good bet would have been to buy DYN calls on the bad news the day before yesterday. At $34~, if they buy ENE you probably loose, but if they walk away because ENE implodes?

It seems DYN EPG and others will reap the rewards sooner or later with ENE out of the picture.

Watch for CPN to implode as well. I wonder if their finances have anything in common with ENE. I think some CPN PUT LEAPS deserve some review today.

Might be a news release ploy to let the boyz to pick up some cheap stock, or it could have been a late discovery by DYN's DD team, who can know for sure. All the more reason to stay away from these sharks.
