many responses, after looking at it for about a minute.

need, immediately, to look at last quarters balance sheet. I'm shocked at the juicing of last quarter, but pleased with the commentary and operations figures.

the question is, can we achieve and sustain "juiced".

but, I was expecting 40% of $1 million more. Naive.

Well....... looks great to me. I was expecting $1M more in sales. Ugh. But, they've also come out of the closet as a bioterrorism play, and air samplers lead to automated plating which leads to incubators which lead to shakers which lead to freezers. Sort of like ankle bone, shin bone, knee bone.........

Take that 526K and start multiplying by four. They've demonstrated that they can do it, and the company is being conservatively positioned for growth, IMO.

Maybe I'm too optimistic, but I'm attracted to a solid, under valued company which is carrying 47% (disclaimer.......... whopping dilution coming, regardless of degree of success!!) of DGI's efforts.

OK, looked at it now.......

last qtr, income from operations plus DGI research plus severance costs was 1,292K. This qtr, it's 714. Margin dropped to 37%.

Projecting sales forward four quarters, I had used them to estimate a value, based on a PE of 20. I had used $15 for a company value (no DGI), based on that analysis. That figure is obviously high. It looks more like $10 to me now.

However, commentary in the release makes me enthusiastic that we can again look to that target within a year. That is, I feel that they'll do between 714 and 1,292 for a couple of quarters, while new efficiencies become even more of a focus.

I worry about a write down for inventory.

You asked for my comments. Are we going to get yours? It would be good to know if I'm missing something. As you know, DGI is an important part of my interest in NBSC.
