What Peter needs to understand is that when you talk these investments up as he was doing last Spring when they were approaching there highs

----------- That just doesn't jive with the facts as usual. When these guys have to resort to outright lies , its just so pathetic. So lets look at the fact for much of last Spring I have no postings at all. Between # 838 from me and # 1064 from me there is NONE. And post # 838, anyone can reread it , tells quite a different story. So from that posting of mine the following

"""""""""So if your looking for big gains in unit price. Probably not.. If you want a good yield and near term price stability then buy. Notice I say near term. Longer term may mean you are buying at high end of their trading range. There is a chance that prices could rise due to (1) pumping by advisors as mentioned earlier. Also could rise if (2) the overall stock market continues to stay flat or deteriorates further. The herd will flow the money to the best performing area at the time. ( They'll also leave it at the first signs it is faltering ). If either of those events ( 1 or 2 )
should occur. To me that would mean at least a hold (stop accumulating) or at most a sell condition."""""""""""
-----------------------------------------------------
and some of us were preaching caution some readers might not heed his due diligence warnings and may have plunged in to buy.Now they are down 30%+ and these people may not have the funds to average down.

------------- This is just too easy no matter what they come up with partial truths, partial info or now just plain outright lies. The real documented evidence is there for all to see, to see the real and undeniable truth. And that is truth backed up with real evidence --------------------------------

Anyhow after he stated calling people names (I became Einstein) I put his name on ignore.

----------- The only reason you and any others put me on ignore is so you will not have to provide real answers and real proof to what it is you say. As I said a discussion is providing evidence to prove your case and then to counter the other sides arguments with even more proof. You cant counter or recounter what it is I throw back at you. When you run out of ammunition you think by running away from the discussion you prove your case. Well you do not. Pure and simple -----------------------------------

I should have done this back when he refused to admit or apologize for all his messages about the U.S. Canadian pricing which indicated his own due diligence was suspect plus the fact that he insists that the trusts shut down there wells and do not sell if the price goes below there cost.

------------ It is interesting to note that being wrong about $US or $CDN is far worse than telling people the sky is falling with these trusts and they must get out or short. And when that happens (they get out or short) and people who follow that ill supported advise end up being on the wrong end and actually loose money or miss easy opportunities like buying at the lows. Well that is far better than if it was US or CDN. Shows where the real priorities of these "superior" traders is. And it sure isn't making money with these trusts. Its pointing out something that has no impact on the bottom line. What a person ends up making or loosing. So for those people that missed buying at the lows or who were smart enough to short. Yes it was CDN , hope that makes you feel better even though your wallet maybe a little bit lighter for it. All I can say is GOOD FOR YOU. KEEP THAT UP-------------------------
