If they are going to double the whole front end and add 256KB of additional L2, NW will be about 150mm2 instead of 117mm2 previously anticipated at 130nm. If it gets much bigger, Sledgehammer CMP will be a smaller die (about 160-170mm2). New interpretation of Intel's motto, "Biggest x86 CPU manufacturer", 'Yes we build the biggest x86 CPU dies, they run slower and you get to pay high prices, free of charge!' Whoops, they are already at that point now.
