Washington, Oregon and California are overwhelmingly Demo states - a trend the rest of the country will follow in 2002 and 2004. Wait till the boomers find out we spent their retirement in the war on terrorism.

Actually, it's more interesting than that JLA. Conservatives are controlling the agenda through the initiative process. Tim Imun is more powerful then the governor.

The legislature has been basically rendered mute.
