I don't think so. They didn't test everyone. If the guy sitting at the work station next to you tested positive, they didn't necessarily test you. That's what the Brentwood postal workers were so upset about. But the test isn't that good, the labs were backed up, and they were going to give you meds anyhow so the test became mostly political. I'm quite sure that some people who were never tested or who tested negative are on the full course of Cipro. The Congressmen and staffs whose offices were infected are in that category, for example.
