and because we can't "know 'the whole truth'", it's OK to speak in partial truths, if not outright lie. Clinton's philosophy of life and God. BTW, is the actual speech transcribed anywhere? If the actual speech was as rambling and pointless as the article makes it out, I bet he really really misses having a huge staff of speech writers. Did he ever have a coherent message or was the point to be incoherent and divisive, and to instill fear and doubt? I'm sure glad Dubya won. I'd hate to think what the last two months would have been like under Clinton II.
