isn't the index option volume is only about 30% of yesterdays. the equity option volume is about 60%.

Equity P/C ratio for 1-1:30 EST period is .3 from CBOE. That makes it .65 cumulative for the day

IMO, some bad data here, reporting of calls versus puts out of sync. Or else the late lunch crowd had a couple too many martini's at lunch.
