Hmmm, lots of questions my friend... here are some brief answers:

Q1 - I've been investing and trading for well over 20 years. I used to trade options, but rarely do these days unless I need to hedge a position or sell some covered calls. I guess I've done more shorting in the last two years than all the previous years combined

Q2 - I swing trade (both directions for fun and profit). Actually, I'm conservative when it comes to my overall portfolio. I could win or lose trading, and it wouldn't really affect my current or future (retirement) financial picture.

Q3 - I've been trading AMAT, LRCX and the triple Qs the most this year, but I've also traded probably over 50 different symbols. Unfortunately, I don't have time to post to all the related threads, so I chose this one (my favorite).
