NW:
They either sell it and pocket the cash or they spin it off and put the proceeds in their pocket just like they would have done with cmgi had they spun it off.
They have no care or compassion for their shareholders.

They could do like Micron did and pay somebody big bucks to take it off their hands.....I mean if they paid me $100 MILLION or so, I could turn out the lights and hand out the pink slips.
