Thanks for the article. But one has to remember, many of the reasons ppeople bought them is for the dividend, and not price appreciation.
He is downgrading them because they won't be able to deliver 20% growth, which stocks are delivering such growth that he would recommend?
There are still plenty of good reits or units which I would consider a buy, a good example is the latest units of PIF, yielding a healthy 10.5% and the herring unit,CBF yeilding 12%.
