Again, the question becomes what is "reasonable", however that isn't the question that is asked in court.

While Infineon et al. might perceive that a 5% royalty rate is "unreasonable", if the situations were reversed, what would those companies charge?

I know, you're going to say that they would license their IP for free, huh????
