just trying to fit in!

webster's new world dictionary:

traitor n. a person who betrays his country, cause, friends, etc.; one guilty of treason.

if the shoe fits....

>> The Framers' issue was with those who would define the crime in furtherance of their political ambitions <<

i never said you were guilty of a crime. i just think you betray your country.

>> Why would you ask that? Are you anti-semitic? Racist? Xenophobic? Fascist? <<

you've already concluded as much so what good would it be for me to deny it. i am just curious, because to know another's background can often explain where they are coming from. if i was to come on this thread and revel in the aftermath of 9/11 it would be only natural you might ask me if i was muslim or from iraq, or afghanistan, etc. i simply asked you a question, which you need not answer if you so choose. i hope simply asking you a question doesn't make me "anti-semitic? Racist? Xenophobic? Fascist?"
