Robwin, if you really want to see vomiting on a large scale, you have to reference Monty Python's "The Meaning of Life".

There is a scene in there where a guy is actually blowing groceries in sufficient volume to fill several 55-gallon drums. It's pretty gross, but if you want puking, I think that's got to be the benchmark. The pressure alone would send Linda Blair into another room as if she stepped in front of a fire hose.

I didn't like the movie that much, but there are about 2-scenes in there that are just out of this world (the Protestant vs Catholic family comparison and the sex education class scene).
