So if we are cash flow neutral, why doesn't the court trustee ask the bond holders if they will refi with a much much longer payout, ask real estate people to take pennies on the dollar and terminate leases, shut excite down to a handfull of people, and let ATHM continue

I suspect thats pretty much what the shareholders reorg plan includes. When they allow me I'm going to post the reorg plan here.

However the big gotcha is convincing the bondholders that this is the best way to go. They just want their $ back.

Too simple it probably would work, but but but, all those who are now in the legal tangle would get zilch. Grave diggers dig and after they have gone the six feet barrister's begin their jig. Investors well they just get screwed as the SEC is short of staff and whoops how in blazes did that get through.

Then there is the other side Ceo's who are trying to understand where the hell they are going wrong. The figures look positive and their gut is calling out loud and clear negative.

Then of course some CEO's go to lunch and chew the fat with the bunch. Now here the scoop poopy doop they give you the chair the bottoms not bare. That jerk over there sitting in corner who guts is calling loud and clear we don't want that babe over here.

His kind of blinking can get investors into thinking and that kind of thought is darn well stinking etc. etc. etc.

The gods laugh at the fools, well the droolers drool

Impristines company is ever to catchy.
