(Off Topic) Maybe He missed the fact that trucks carrying nuclear material have recently been intercepted in Pakistan headed into Afghanistan or he thinks that because those trucks were intercepted means none got through. Perhaps he is only focused on a nuclear bomb, ( which even I doubt they can build at this time ) however A radio active McVay "DIRTY" or Daisy cutter type bomb that could easily fit in a cargo container would not be very hard to build and a lead shield would hide the radio active material. You don't need BOMB grade Plutonium to make a DIRTY DIRTY bomb..there are over 100 radio active materials ( many are easy to get ) which will serve that purpose. Hell any one who can make a pipe bomb can mix some radio active material in the charge drill a bar of lead slip in the pipe and fill the hole back up with lead leaving the trigger wires hanging out. While making it is dangerous as all hell and may give the maker a fatal dose it won't kill him right away and what do they care as long as they live long enough to blow it and themself up. The ultimate suicide bomb, you let the bomber make his own radio active bomb, he now knows he is going to die in a few days from exposure so he won't get cold feet and back out at the last minute.
