I guess with all the contribution the SEC may let ENE off the hook with a penalty. The CFO deals had been known for a long time, once considered a genius now a scape goat. My opinion is the insti had the thought of one day ENE will hiccup but participated in the scam by turning a deaf ear to the right questions since the investment keep going up. All they had to do was look at the Cash Flow statement and see that something was wrong (hindsight). One brave analyst raised the right questions and was label @ssh%$$ and ENE moved to the next question. The top brass knew of the problems but somewhere along the way forgot they were a public company with OPM. As soon as ENE skip a beat wallstreet sold so fast it made everyone wonder why they abandon ship without blinking an eye.
