This goes well with Osama Bin Gay saying he has nuclear weapons. Oh, yeah, like he wouldn't have already used them if he had them.

It's just a matter of definition. Every bullet, when measured by weight, is almost entirely comprised of nuclear material in the forms of protons and neutrons. Thankfully there is no FAA mandate yet to disassemble your nuclear weapons before boarding. -g-
