KB: TOL may be a good short, but they are having a CC for earnings on TUESDAY! There were a number of announcements 11/7 dealing, for example "CEO says FY-02's H1 'should be strong' " Now, I don't knowwhat an 'H1' is...but it will be strong! <g> Another announcement said the backlog is down 1.6%, which is modest, given the current climate. Not putting down your pick, in fact I've found that interest in your ideas is usually time well spent. Perhaps selling into any hooplaw on earnings wouldn't be a bad tact if you want to short this puppy? Cosmo
