SnowShoe, I also have breakouts of eczema but not so much on my hands..it gets me on my back , shoulders and some times chest. I might go a long time between bouts with it, my daughter who is a nurse told me to try some Eucerin Cream..and it worked good for me. I now get the big jar of the Equate brand, lot's cheaper and works just as good. ------------- Also I felt I was starting to have some prostrate swelling and she told me to try some "Saw Palmetto" as some of her older patients swore by it. Now I'm not much for that supplement stuff but I tried it anyway, and now I swear by it. I've been taking 2 to 4 caps every day for almost 2 yrs and have had no more prostrate swelling. I'm not saying this for someone to not get checked, I get a blood screen at least once a year. Jim
