i have a hard time buying into the seasonality thing this time around...there is so much excess that is unprecedented at this place in time in this economy right now, seasonality almost seems a moot point. A quick read of Doug Nolands latest confirms... prudentbear.com Also, i do note from the Traders Alamanac that the most notable times when the seasonality factor did not apply in the past occurred during bear markets. many different reads...seems each index has it's own specific seasonality factor. A very subjective indicator at best.
