Actually, even more "traditional"compact weapons (like the US W-54 "Davy Crockett" weapons), degrade after a good 15 years, and the fissile material must be refurbished. By the way, Davy Crockett type weapons are greater than 20x40x60 "suitcase" bombs. These are good for James Bond movies, but I doubt they have ever been produced. They are not that light either (a good 60 lbs or so).
