Hi John. Yes, but also watch the bond market.

Have posted here several times during the past year that if the dollar is going to crack you will see important weakness in treasuries first as foreigners begin selling them in preparation for repatrioting their capital or moving it into another currency, or gold. Consider bonds the DEW line radar for impending price changes in the buck.

If gold is going to be the beneficiary the first indication will come for a ramp in lease rates that's more than a 2 or 3 day head fake. Then look for confirmation from the COTs lasting for several weeks.
