and with those and more at the time and now still forward-looking words, together with massive WSJ tolerated governments’ manipulations, we are once again looped to the beginning of our Financial Ground Hog Day movie, only to re-live the plunge once more

Hey Jay welcome back! Yes groundhog day. Another big nasdaq bounce which has now run its course and will enter the flatlands. A range bound trading zone called distribution while insiders dump and wall street analysts buy. Harvey Pitt said today that there is no conflict of interests when analysts say buy and then sell. It was in the WSJ today. Just a part of the corruption that comes with bailout. The other part is the corruption from Congress. One Congressman wants all schools to feed children buggy burgers. The burgers are made in a factory in his home town.

So the market rally will soon come to an end. Maybe one more last gasp up to 1950-2000. Maybe not. If you were smart enough to buy on the bottom you must think of taking profits. We now enter a trading range zone in which stock will be distributed. Once the buyers run out we'll then get slammed back down to the lows. For me a waiting game. Wait for the market to top out and roll over - something that will take weeks - and then enter shorts like I did back in August. Meanwhile go long every once in awhile for little moves and look for scams to short. Thanks to Pitt they will proliferate.

Do we go to new lows? Do we bounce off of the bottom when the correction comes. Who knows. But we will reach a point where everyone will doubt the coming correction. It always happens at the top as wealth is transferred from the small player to the Wall Street insider and stock jobber.

Some of the dupes will get on SI and praise Greenspan once again as they buy into the bubble. People seem to love replaying the game of losing money. That is why it is groundhog day movie.
