Kirk, I will look this site over for possible good deals. "Helping the cause". You are right about Fry's service, it is real bad. I believe the may actual take their returns "do to DOA" and repack them with their repair tag on it. ALthought no repair was every completed. I only buy Fry's product in their OEM packing. I may look at the Dell stuff for my daughter. Good Luck Stan
