A cursory review of the stocks cited in the table of best vs. worst performers shows the listing to be distorted.

Clearly, the worst is CVS down from 9/17. But listing a stock like CHS as a worst when it is up nearly 40%, almost as much as KSS, one of the best, at a little over 50% is goofy.

Bring on the gloom and doom for the retailers so they can be set up for a nice, sustained rally.
