Everybody knows what the rules and rights are going in. Unless you can prove fraud, then there is no case. A lot of stocks went to high prices and have come back in. A lot of insiders sold in a lot of companies. I don't think there is anything disgusting about it at all. Plenty of insiders sold well before and after the tops in many of these stocks. I don't see anything to get emotionally worked up about.
