Mike, I agree about hoops. Last year, Columbia beat both of the Terrible Ps in the same weekend for the first time since the late 60s and has the reigning Ivy Player of the Year returning. But I can't get into hoops. I'd trade any 10 basketball victories for 1 football win.

As for rowing, I go to quite a few boat races. We've got 3 world class rowing venues here in NJ: Princeton's Lake Carnegie, also home of the US National Team; Mercer Lake, site of the World Cup; and Cooper River, the current home of the intercollegiate national championships and the 2000 Olympic trials. I do some sculling myself. Great exercise; terrible spectator sport.
