This isn't about your eyes. I wanted to provide the speech in its entirety. Unfortunately, as Selectric has told me, the speech I posted was delivered on November 8th, not on the 7th. I've looked for the speech referred to in the Washington Times and have not been able to find it. Yet. My apologies if I used a newspaper to inform people about the former President/Commander-in-Chief.
